Lectio Divina (Latin for ‘Divine Reading) is a tradition Benedictine practice of scriptural reading, meditation and prayer intended to promote communion with God and to increase our knowledge of God’s word.

Every Tuesday at noon, you are invited to meet in Upper #3 to savour and mull over God’s words quietly, slowly and intently. It gives you the space to respond to what you feel God is saying and helps you build a vital bridge between your encounters with God and everyday life with its joys, humdrum and challenges.

Attend when you can; there is no commitment required to participate every week.
