Session Summary - April 2019

• Video recordings of Sunday sermons will be made and posted to YouTube. The position/angle of the camera will be focused only on the minister in the pulpit.

• Planning for a new church Photo Directory will begin in early 2020.

• A Sunday morning prayer group is being formed, to meet from 9:30 to 9:45 to pray for the service, participants, those attending, etc.

• Following a 3-month probation period, office Administrative Assistant, Linda Lovely, is now a full-time permanent employee.

• A revised Usher’s Handbook has been completed.

• Investigation is ongoing to resolve projection issues in the Sanctuary.

• An Orientation and Review of the Nursery Policies and Procedures took place in April.

• Vacation Bible School (VBS) is still looking for a new leader. Kristin Nelles is willing to provide training.

• Infant and child CPR/choking training was provided to some of the Junior Sunday School volunteers.
